Gauthier Soho is a 100% vegan restaurant as of 23rd June 2021. The restaurant is owned by the multi-award-winning French chef Alexis Gauthier, a successful London restaurateur.

From their menu, you can enjoy dishes like strawberry and verbena jelly with disappearing floss and rice dough berlingot & truffle with a rich dashi sauce.

2. Mildreds

Mildreds has been serving up plant-based dishes across four restaurants for over 30 years.

They pride themselves on using organic ingredients where possible and sourcing ingredients from small businesses. Between each of their four restaurants, you can expect a vibrant atmosphere and friendly service.

Pied à Terre is a fine-dining Michelin-starred restaurant founded in 1991 and is still run by David Moore. It is situated in the Fitzrovia district of Central London. The restaurant has a classic French menu but elements of Greek cuisine.

OXO Tower restaurant is situated at the very top of the iconic OXO Tower on London’s South Bank.

Created by executive head chef Jeremy Bloor, you’ll find a number of flavourful vegan dishes like aubergine steak, marinated fermented soybeans, tomato fennel, blistered green peppers with aubergine purée and if you fancy something even sweeter after your meal (like I usually do) you could finish it with blueberry and almond vegan cake with almond sorbet.

Cafe Van Gogh restaurant is 100% vegan and based in Brixton. They are a not-for-profit restaurant that works in conjunction with Toucan Employment which offers on-the-job training for people who have additional challenges in life like a learning disability or mental health problems.

They have an incredible menu with Caribbean, Asian and Italian influences.

Some of the dishes they serve are fried plantain with a tomato and chilli relish and satay tempeh skewers with sesame glass noodle salad and crispy onions.
